When GeoDirectory plugin is now upgraded to latest version, no listings appear on the map. See https://cretemix.com/location

Within the backend, all the listings are in place.

What’s the reason for these missing listings after upgrade?

    How to bring them back?

When upgraded, another critical bug is that all the previous existing custom post types fields are no longer in the backend.

We will need your database details, we need to delete a table in the database.
This is a once-off upgrade that makes changes to the database.
Can you send your cpanel or phpmyadmin details?

Also wp-admin details don’t seem to work for me.

The installation is now partial back to normal.

Nothing is done in backend since it was all a mess, but all the listings are now back at https://cretemix.com/location

Please let me know what database table is to be deleted, as I will upgrade also another site.

It’s more complicated than just deleting a table, we need to check that the table is empty or is not newer than the one created.

Your wp-admin details are not working for me either.

    Is the table things updated?

These things should all be included in the auto update mechanismes.

    Yes the tables are updated.
The tables are set to auto update on upgrade but sometimes there can be problems like this.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
