My website – http://discoversma.com – was down today and I called for support to Cloudways. They were able to get the site back up, but they said there are problems with the plugins. I also tried to update a couple plugins and it failed. Error message said:
“Update Failed: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

there were wp-admin ajax request related to theme an plugins that I have mentioned above
Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything as the problem is related to plugins and theme you may need to contact the authors and developers n this regard .
