Plugins won't update

    Can you help? Some of the plugins won’t update. Can you assist?

    Hi Kim,

    Have you entered licence keys for the ones that are not updating?
    If so please provide wp-admin details and we will take a look.

    It looks like the licences you have are activated on another site, simply deactivate and then reactivate and you will then be able to update.
