Popup Plugin Recommendations

Hi there,

I’ve looked through a number of popup plugins and can’t quite sort out which would be the best for my purposes. Wondering if anyone would be able to recommend one they’re using and happy with? What I’m looking for is this:

A popup that appears a second or 2 after a user enters the GD site with the GD default view set to “Everywhere”. In the popup, there’s the option to select a Region. The Region options would be manually entered by me, not through location switcher functionality (though that would be awesome). Once the user selects the Region, GD goes to Everywhere of that Region.

Any thoughts or recommendations?
