Hi,
I have a couple of issues here.
1) I put in GD > Post Claim button and Author Actions, visible to Author only in Details Page but it doesn’t appear.
2) There are no fields at the Register Account page, except Terms and Conditions.
3) In your documentation, you stated it is important to set a different page for GD login and Userswp login. I need to clarify,
i) Does the GD login and Userswp Login serve the same function?
ii) What is the difference between these two?
iii) If I am already using Userswp Login, then I have no need for GD login is that right? If so, why is it important to set a different page for the two logins?Thank you!

Try placing the shortcodes in the Details page template
2) There are no fields at the Register Account page, except Terms and Conditions.
Try deactivating and deleting, then Re-Install and Re-Activate UsersWP. If you have more questions about UsersWP please post to https://userswp.io/support/
3) In your documentation, you stated it is important to set a different page for GD login and Userswp login. I need to clarify,

iii) If I am already using Userswp Login, then I have no need for GD login is that right? If so, why is it important to set a different page for the two logins?3) That must have been documentation for an older version because
i) they are the same, effectively.l
ii) none
iii) There is not a GD Login, so, good to use UsersWPIf you could please share a link to where you read that and I will try to clear it up.
Thanks
October 2, 2019 at 2:44 pm #511249Hi Alex,
I got that info from https://userswp.io/docs/geodirectory/ under FAQ at the bottom of the page.
October 2, 2019 at 2:58 pm #511254Thanks, we will get that updated.
October 2, 2019 at 3:30 pm #511258Hi,
I’ve managed to get the Claim Post button to show up. But what happens after a post is claimed? Is there a way to let users know this business has been claimed?
I searched through the docs but can’t find anything on that. Tried GD Post Meta and GD Post Badge and can’t seem to find that field either.
I found instead this image
on https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/claim-listings/
that seems to have what I want but when I go to Geodirectory – Settings, I don’t see the same panel for claim listings as the one shown in the image.

October 16, 2019 at 6:40 pm #513474Hi Alex,
Thanks for the links. It has helped me resolve my issues for post claim.
I would like to clarify something for Author Actions.
Person A: user who adds listing onto the website
Person B: claims listing as owner of business and claim is approvedWho is the author now? Person A or Person B?
Thanks!
October 16, 2019 at 6:55 pm #513476When the claim is approved, the author will change to B.
October 16, 2019 at 7:05 pm #513480Ok thank you so much!
