Pleas Understand idnt know How to Explain this Issue,

Pleas See the Screen shot Location permalink is reflecting (%%pt_plural%% in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India) for this (%%pt_plural%%) What i do for my side mistake, I need to remove this (%%pt_plural%%)

If you look at the source of that page, can you find %%pt_plural%% on that page.
It looks like you have already fixed it, it is just Google that has to catch up.
