    I have updated the GD plugin along with Invoicing and UsersWP.

    The extensions don’t appear to be updating correctly from the WordPress Updates screen and from the plugins page they are showing as up to date? Is something wrong there?

    Hello,

    This may be because of plugin manager cache. Just go to Dashboard > Updates ( /wp-admin/update-core.php ).

    Once you done with updates just let us know, so we can proceed to check about main issue.

    I’ve updated on the live site but the staging site won’t let me update the extensions due to an authorisation error. Is it ok if I overwrite the staging site with a copy of the latest live site?

    When a site changes URLs you can add individual license keys on the Plugins page to enable updates. If they already have a license, then copy, deactivate, paste, and re-activate. This will register the new URL with the license server.

    When subscription is cancelled from gateway, it sends notification to the website about cancelling subscription. On the site end it will trigger listing downgrade action.

    To test cancel subscription just go to Gateway site and cancel subscription.
