Prevent HTML input by customers on pages

    Hey everyone. So right now when users sign up to our site and add listings they’re able to add HTML elements to their code. I would like to prevent users adding HTML to their profile descriptions and I don’t see a setting for that. What would be the simplest way to prevent users adding HTML while still keeping paragraphs legible and so forth?

    Hi Michael,

    We do have an option to prevent that. Navigate to Gd > Design > Listing > Remove the CPT’s from Show description field as an editor . If it doesn’t work, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
