Preventing Adding Cities not created when Adding a Listing

    Hello,

    As far as I understand, with the MultiLocation AddOn activated users can add any city when adding a listing, is this correct?

    I would like to prevent users to add any city that has not been added in the back end by the site admin, that is, myself. Is there some way to prevent this?
