    Hi I was being help abut the price package. After I create a package it does not save. I was asked to provide my ftp info but the ticket seemed closed so I couldn’t.

    I open this ticket to do so.

    Hi Francis,

    this issue was related to database table. maybe during upgrade of GD version the pricing table is not updated.

    data was already there. you can easily add edit now.
