Just in the process of migrating over from Geotheme and have a couple of pricing queries.
1) Previously I did not use recurring payments, however, now that there is the capability to offer a free trial period I’m probably going to use the PayPal recurring payment option. If I set this for a package that has existing paying customers who were not on recurring payment what should/will happen? Will they be reminded at renewal and once they renew would it subsequently renew as recurring payment?
2) In the future if I decide to change the price of a package that has recurring payments, is there a way of changing the renewal price for existing customers? So, for example, can the recurring payment amount be amended on PayPal, or if I cancelled all the recurring payments on PayPal would Geodirectory know to issue the customer with a reminder to renew?
