Private Fields only visable to specific user groups

Hello,

I found this CSS trick that works great for making it so only the admin can view the field however I need fields to be visible to the Admin (Or an other user group higher than a subscriber) and the user submitting the lsiting

An example is:
Enter your private phone number: ____________________

Then the user submitting the field will be able to see it (And update it) in the future. And the admin could see the data so they can contact the user.
