    Our client is using the latest Firefox version 67.0.1 and reported this problem which we were able to replicate using the latest Firefox browser.

    We have disabled all plugins except the WP Geodirectory and official add-ons. We have switched the theme to Twentynineteen also.

    If we add a new listing in the WordPress admin, we noticed this happening:

    1. After adding all details and then clicking the “Save Draft” or “Publish” button for the first time, the details we added get deleted after the browser refreshes. The package also keeps reverting to the lowest package.

    2. After the page refreshes as mentioned in #1, and we add the details again because they were deleted, then click on the draft or publish button, the details get saved this time around.

    3. We’ve tried adding several times and this is always the case. The details only get saved the second time around which is very annoying because we have to enter required fields twice before a listing gets saved.

    We will send you access to our test site in a private message.

    Thank you for reporting, we are checking into the issue. Please reply with FTP so the developers can debug and patch if needed.

    Can you take a look in your wp-config for something like this and comment it then test?

    define( 'WP_POST_REVISIONS', 5 );

    The problem also happens in Chrome.

    I commented out the “define( ‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, 5 );” from wp-config and the problem went away.

    Thanks.
