Problem Featuring a listing

    I have one rental listing with a problem. I change the listing to a featured listing and add additional photos and it looks OK. However, after a few minutes, it reverts to a standard listing, removes the rental category and removes all of the additional photos that I just added.

    I can not just create a duplicate because, it has about 15 reviews on the rental.

    Hi Ron,

    I checked expire feature bt creating new listing, but with that listing no problem in expiry. this happening with existing listings.
    We needed FTP credentials for further diagnosis, let us send in private reply.
