    Hi !

I’m new to Geodirectory and everuthing works fine since I deleted a user… who entered every locations on the website (he is an admin, we used 3 admin to build the website).

I made a mistake : I did not save his datas and send them to another user. So every locations are lost.

I am now trying to solve this problem by uploading a dump from my database and a copy of my website FTP (from 2 days ago). Everything was fine except :

    – no Places tab in WordPress admin
    – places exist when accessing the page where it has to located BUT : no logo (they are on the right folder, right place)
    – when I click on a plce to open the page : 404 error

My permalinks are not right. I already tried to fix it with Geodirectory. Nothing worked.

Here is my config, I’m afrait I’ve lost all the work done in the past week… Can someone help me with this ?

    – WordPress (4.6)
    – Geodirectory (1.6.5)
    – Location manager (1.4.9)
    – Database MySQL (5.5)

I can send the link to the dev website if necessary (and the access)

    Thanks a lot !

Up. Still having my issue. I can see the locations, but can’t access a location page in frontend.

Still no “PLaces” tab in WP admin dashboard. My database dumb seems alright (auto dumped by OVH), and everything on the website works fine.

Waiting for an answer. We just bought Multilocation plugin, hope we have some help here…

    Hi,

please provide a link, admin credentials and access to your database (cpanel/phpmyadmin) in a private reply (only staff can read them) and I’ll ask to the developers to have a look at your problem.

    Let us know,

    Thanks
