Problem returned, error codes attached

HI guys it’s back and I have the error message

Basically background
Everything was working fine as of last friday
I uploaded some CSV’s normally, no issue
Monday can’t login, and get white screen
Call hostgator, they say it’s a php issue, they fix
I login, but now the WPGEODIRECTORY child theme is broken
I saw a different child theme so I clicked on that, and it all worked again.

Now, I can’t login :
when I go to the findadoctor.drnaturalhealing.com/wp-login.php
I enter the username and pw and it just fickers and won’t take the password, goes back to an empty login form.

Hostgator gave me the error message

So if you could take a look.
