Problem with 404 and permalinks

    Hi,

    Happy New Year to the GeoDirectory Team!!

    After updating all the GD plugins to the latest release, I have a very strange issue with 404 errors on a lot of different listings, categories and locations.

    It seems to be contained to only one CPT “stores” which translates to “magasins” in French. All listings seem at first to show a 404, yet after a little bit a refresh brings the listing up. The same seems to happen for categories and any URL that contains this slug.

    I tried to save permalinks and don’t know where to look further. I took a video of strange that behavior can be: https://www.dropbox.com/s/z5bbux9nqre9mbx/404.mp4?dl=0

    It actually happens with 3 CPT out of 4, interestingly the CPT that works fine is that one where the slug is the same in English and French “restaurant”.

    So I went onto the English version of our site and there is no issue at all there. I suspect it might be connected to the translation of the CPT slug. Yesterday I updated both GD and WPML to the latest releases.

    Please try visiting and resaving the WordPress permalinks:

    WP, Settings, Permalinks, Save

    If that doesn’t work please write back with WP Admin credentials and the fully qualified login URL in a private reply.

    Correct. It works fine in English. And in French, it happens only with 3 CPT out of 4, interestingly the CPT that works fine is that one where the slug is the same in English and French “restaurant”.
