Problem with create new prives

    If I try to create new package in Prices and Payments -> Prices -> Add price, the package is never added.
    Not added any records in the table wp_geodir_price.

    Hi, this is strange, I tried to create a new post type (gd_test) and a new price in this post type (named “test”), and it works but it rename it “Free” and it make it not deletable (I’ve now deleted the test post type).

    Did you do something like editing / deleting post types or Prices before?
    We might need phpmyadmin login details so Stiofan could eventually take a look, if you could explain the steps you took earlier would be great, thanks

    This is really strange and I can’t replicate on any of our demos.

    Stiofan is looking into it.

    We would need phpmyadmin and FTP again.

    I’ve tried to retrieve it from an old topic but phpmyadmin no longer works.

    Please confirm both phpmyadmin and FTP credentials.

    In reply #35064 I wrote cpanel data. If you log into this you can access to phpmyadmin and ftp.

    Pricing problem was solved, the table was corrupt. You will need to edit your free price as it’s been overwritten by the fix.

    The preview problem is still a mistery and we are looking into it.

    Stiofan will report probably tomorrow considering now it’s dinner time in UK.
