Problem with dropdown in the search bar

In my project I have various CPTs as fields of activity and each one has its number of different professions. In my searchbar the second field is correct: it has a title and all the professions in the dropdown. My first field though starts with the first activity instead of having a title and a dropdown as the second one. I’m sure I’missing something that used to work in my original configuration and that now it doesn’t because I had to rebuild my CPTs from scratch. Any clue on what I might have forgotten to do?
