Problem with GD Booster after theme update

    Hi

    I am running a child theme of Divi on my site http://www.plasticsurgeryhub.com.au/ After updating to the latest version of Divi the website layout was all messed up. When I deactivated GD Booster the layout was fine again, so it seems to be something to do with GD Booster? I tested first on a dev copy of the site (http://dev.plasticsurgeryhub.com.au/) and the problem didn’t occur.

    Hi Adele,

    Please turn off CloudFlare “Rocket loader”, i think this might be the problem, and Rocket loader should be disabled in anycase.

    Let us know if that solves or if it is also something else.

    Hi adele, I checked out your site because I have similar issue.

    unrelated, unsolicited tip… I suggest using human readable sitemap WPSitemap instead of XML
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sitemap-page/ easy to use shorcodes to display on page

    hope okay to make that suggestion…

    Hi Stiofan

    I checked the settings in Cloudflare and Rocket Loader is already turned off. I also tried pausing Cloudflare then enabling GD Booster, but still had the same problem.

    Hi Adele,

    you are running the latest GeoDirectory core with outdated add-ons. If you chose not to update our add-ons you must stop updating everything else (WordPress included.) or you risk to see your website falling apart after every update.

    Please update all add-ons or we won’t be able to assist.

    It’s better thanks, but still not quite right with some of the styling eg. the font is different and slightly bigger, some colours are different?

    No I still have the problem, it seems some some Divi theme styles aren’t being read (but my child theme css is ok).

    I have applied a totally different fix and enabled GD Booster and all looks well to me now.
