Problem with location search

Hello,

My client has moticed a problem with the search function and I’ve tried a few things to resolve this but can’t figure it out.

When we searched for a listing near Birmingham it wasn’t bringing anything up. I’ve done a bit of troubleshooting and I removed the distance limit.. looks like it is searching for Birmingham in the US rather than England. So I set the default location to London, and I have set the countries to Enable Selected Countries (to exclude the US to see if that worked).

None of these worked and this is a big issue for my clients. Any ideas?
