Problems with automatic renewal without permission.

    There was an automatic renewal without my query. I checked my invoice and was co-chaired since I am not using the Geo directory pack service.
    I would like to know how to proceed, I did not receive any renewal warning emails or even alert them.
    Awaiting return.
