Problems with avada child and genesis bold child widget design

    Hi

    I am trying to install the avada child theme, but I am constantly getting the notice that the parent theme is missing – which it is not.
    How can I get it to work?

    Furthermore, I have tried to install the geo genesis Bold child Theme with success, yet the widgets are not styled after the bold theme, but the Avada theme. I would like for e.g. the “Popular Post”-widget to be styled in boxes like in the bold theme. Instead each post is divided by stippled lines like in the Avada parent theme.

    Can anyone help please?
