Problems with license renewal

    Hi there,

    We renewed our license on 24 January 2020, however some of the plugins in the downloads section say that the license has expired. Other plugins appear to be ok, and had new license keys – we’ve entered those into the website and are able to run updates successfully. However, with the plugins that are marked as expired, we are NOT able to run updates on the website. Screenshot attached. Could you please check the account? Thank you.

    Please try now, i have removed your old licenses which were causing issues.
