Problems with multilocations

Hello
Is there a problem in pluguin multilocalizations that does not allow me to change location correctly
For example when you click the logo, the home page should show the map with all the logs but it does not.
If you look in the menu ALL LOCATIONS you will see that it does not work correctly. I’ve saved permalinks again. I tried to change the slugs of the countries but nothing.
Can you tell me what the problem is? I think it might be related to Botswana parents.
Using the Reload Countries Table tool gives me the error “Table dropped, refresh page to reinstall”.
Until yesterday it worked perfectly and I did not add anything, except some registration.
