Problems with Rating Styles

I am trying to add different Rating Styles. I put in the title use the default 5 stars, type in the text for each of the stars and save. Then I go to Create Styles and and use the Rating Style I just created, I give it a title, and assign it for a CPT and Categories and save.

Then when I go to the front end and take a look while everything is there when I do the rollover on rating icons the text is not what I have typed in in the Rating Styles text fields???

When I go in the backend to take a look (edit the Rating Style), it looks like it takes some of the text in field 2 and starts filling some of it in field 3 and four. Then it add two more start text fields (goes from 5 to 7) even though the Rating Score field still says 5. I try to correct it but the same thing keeps happening.

I want the star text to be the same as the Overall Rating Text. I am sending credentials in a private post. But here is a url so you can maybe see what I am talking about.
