Promoting featured listings in search results

    Hi, what are the best practises to promote featured listings on landing pages and search result pages?

    I understand search results are strictly ranked by distance.
    – Can you only show results with that carry images only?
    – Can you show featured listings on top of the search results?
    – How can you only show those featured listings that are close to the search location?
