Prorated refund on Annual plan after Lifetime plan purchase?

    Hello GeoDir team!

    We are very happy with your product and we had been using the Annual plan. Our last purchase was August 2, 2019 (Invoice ID #761671).

    But during the holidays, we couldn’t pass up the Lifetime plan special offer so we went ahead and purchase that one (Invoice ID #827698).

    Is there any way to get a prorated refund for the 7 months left unused on the Annual plan?
