    I could see the problem now, but I still can’t recreate it on any of my test websites.

    It must be a conflict with one of your many plugin installed.

    I see you have another directory plugin installed, that could cause many conflicts and also you have w3 total cache that is not compatible with GeoDirectory. only GD Booster can be used as caching plugin for GD, all other will break the location manager.

    I’d try to disable all non GD plugins to see if the problem persists. At least we would know if it is a plugin related issue or a server issue.

    I’ve asked to Stiofan to follow up too.

    I’ve tried disabling all non GD plugins and the problem persists. The only other thing I can think of is that it’s a server / php configuration issue.

    My guess would be a server config also, we have never had this problem with any other user.
    Keep us posted if your find the cause.
