Question about email notifications

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

Our site is currently in a preview server. We have disabled emails using a plugin so as not to accidentally send notifications to clients while we are building our new site. Our concern is that when we move to the live server and turn on the email, our clients may get bombarded with notifications. We have imported these clients from a different platform, so they are all “new” members as far as the WP Geodirectory plugin is concerned. Can you assure us that this cannot happen? Thanks.

Thanks for your post. If you’ve disabled the emails, I don’t think any emails will be sent out before or after the migration.
