Question about renewal

    Hi,

    just a simple question. Can the user renew his listing before it has expired? So there is no downtime for his listing. Or does he need to wait for it to expire just to renew it?

    For example if he receives the email about his listing expiring soon (for examples 10 days left), can he renew it immediately? And that those 10 days wont be lost if he buys for example 12 subscription (so the listing should be online for 10 months + 10 days). How can he actually do it? With the “upgrade” button on his listing?

    Hi Adam,

    Yes they can use the upgrade button at anytime to renew, i do believe at present though they would lose the extra days.

    I think a dedicated renew link might be best, i will add this as a feature request.

    It will only show on listings that are on a package that can be renewed.

    ah. i knew i had seen it once before. thanks.
    This is a paypal only feature, correct?
    Is there anyone making an add-on for authorize.net ARB yet?
    If not, I think I can get it done…

    It is not a PayPal only feature. It should be there for any price package that has a limited lifespan, and does not auto-renew.

    Not too sure why you send that link to that image.
    Do you have a listing that is added using a paid package with a limited lifespan?
    How does that look on the author page.
    Give us a URL and admin details if we need to have a look.
