Question about search results verbiage…

    Hello, All. A quick question for you: would you please tell me how I can go about adjusting the verbiage for searches which don’t return any results, e.g. the ” Sorry, we haven’t found anything based on your criteria. Please try searching by different terms.”? Basically, I’d like to look into adding a link to my sign-up page within that verbiage. Is it something as simple as including a CSS entry?
