Random text string 'Event post type' coming up on page view?

Hi there.

Just wondering if you could help.

Im getting a random text string ‘Event post type.’ coming up near the top of a page view. (under the seach area)

This view is when looking at my url home page/events (all events) or home page/place (all places)

Does not happen if you are doing a search or go from the url- home page/location/me then click the ‘view all’ button above the listings?

I can see where its showing on the page source but would appreciate your assistance on what may be causing it / advice to remove it please?
