    Hi

    a vistor to my site yesterday left a review for one of my listing, although i can see the comment, the review shows zero and it does not show up on my recent reviews or anywhere else other than on the listing itself. any ideas?

    The review has been fixed, for the grid view instead, it seems one of your widget-plugin has some conflict with the re-save of the widget options. What you can do is to re-drag and drop the widget in the area (I tried and it shows 5grids correctly)…or you can disable all the widget-oriented plugin 🙂

    please delete your cache in the browser, I can see the the “one review” in the listings, see attach in the next post

    Something is going on on your host, it is extremely slow and the drag & drop isn’t working in the widget area, and I can see the error attached as image. That file is necessary to make everything work in the backend as most of the things are handled with ajax, “saving” included.

    I recognize the same problem, at the homepage (see my page) is possible to see the “Atelier Dinamico” listing with no reviews and 0 rating, but if I go on the datail (detail) I can see a review with a rating and also the “0 Reviews on “Atelier Dinamico”” label. I tried to use the “Ratings check” on GD DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS but it doesn’t resolve the problem. What should i do?

    Have you tried unapproving and re-approving that review?
    Normally this type of inconsistency are easily solved like this.
