    On http://www.ThingsToDoInNC.com the home page, the “listings” modules showing near the bottom are showing full text instead of a summary, there’s no read more like on VeganLinked.com. I’m using beaver builder to add the modules. How do I get it to summarize listing descriptions and show read more?

    You can use more of the options of GD Post Content to adjust textarea output.

    Try adding it to the Archive item.

    I don’t understand. I just want the “GD Listings” module to show read more. What you suggested seems to be talking about other modules or something. I’m super confused, this seems like it would be a feature in the module “GD Listings”.

    It seems like there a “Read More” setting/option for GD Listings widget or just have read more by default. I’m using beaver builder. Somehow it worked on my other site, veganlinked.com, but I did that so long ago I don’t remember if it just worked or if it required something more. Please help me understand what I’m missing here.

    You will need to edit the GD Archive item. GD Post Content has options to show read more.

    It isn’t an option of GD Listings, whetehr read more shows or not.

    I don’t understand still. The listings widget seems like exactly what I need accept it doesn’t have the read more and it’s a little weird . The other widgets you’re mentioning don’t do anything.
