    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    – Team with developer + designer
    – Available to talk/chat via Skype or Google Hangouts as required
    – Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
    – Experience with qTranslate, WPML and Yoast SEO plugins

    CURRENT SITE

    – Hosted on Pagely.com
    – Parts: online magazine, directories for yoga studios, teachers, events
    – Problems: poor SEO, not responsive, buggy custom code, out-of-date design, directory profiles broken, limited functionality

    TASKS
    – Change from qTranslate to WPML http://goo.gl/oJmD36
    – Replace self-made directories with GeoDirectory Plugin http://goo.gl/qv7GBC
    – Replace self-made theme with “Publisher” by Array http://goo.gl/qayR1u
    – Configure standard theme settings to match our branding (logo, colors, fonts)
    – Configure Geodirectory setting options and fields to best serve our audience
    – Use ready-made templates and plugins for re-working sales pages, FAQ page

    APPROACH
    – No custom development, coding or design work
    – No hand-coding of CSS, creation of original design graphics
    – No work required on our post or page content (writing, SEO, etc.)
    – No migration of hosting
    – Just integrating and configuring ready-made parts

    TRANSLATION VIA WPML
    – No Japanese ability or familiarity with Japan required
    – Help me figure out how to use WPML to order professional translation of all external site elements (plugins, theme, etc.) via their agency, ICanLocalize http://goo.gl/73J4jr
