Reconciling duplicates and merging reviews

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I had a duplicate entry by users. They each had reviews.
    I looked up through the docs and forum about merging but didn’t find any results.
    I picked the most complete listing, added data that was missing, moved the duplicate to draft.
    I then went to the reviews of the duplicate listing, pointed the foreign key to the new listing and saved (phpMyAdmin).
    All the reviews show up on the new listing but aren’t calculated into the overall rating. Also, on the recent reviews widget the old listing’s name shows up.

    So I’m missing something about reconciling duplicates and reviews. Here for help. Thanks!
