Recurring and time field box not displaying

    i’m having this issue with all the latest versions installed on Kleo theme ( i know not yours )
    if i select recurring event YES the repeats drop down does not show, (see attachement)
    If i select reccuring event NO the time boxes do not show fully and i can’t select times ( see attachemnt )

    it looks like the width setting is set to low, but i cannot see what file i need to edit please can you help
