    Dear support,

I was wondering how to redirect the user to a specific page when searching returns no results ?

Instead of inviting the user to adjust his search criteria when no records is found, I would like to redirect him to a specific page inside the wp.

    Thank you

    Hello,

thanks for writing in with your question.

There isn’t a feature or option/setting to do that specifically.

What some members have done is translate the text “No records found”

    Hello Alex,

I arrived at the same conclusion that it is not an available feature.

Would it be feasible to do that somehow using conditional and the class=”no-listing” via snippets ?

I am sorry, I am pretty sure the answer will be “of course, everything is feasible” but I am a rookie in php / html and css 🙂

Yes, with code, everything is possible.

However we don’t do customization here in the forum.
