Region and City have the same name – slug issue

    Hi,

    in Thailand, lots of the regions (or provinces) have the same name as the cities, example the Province Bangkok and the city Bangkok. Or region Chiang Mai and city Chiang Mai. This means that when a user adds a listing in these cities, the slugs for the region are ok, but the slugs for the cities get a -1 as it is used already for the region. Any solution or workaround for this?
