Region is problem?

    Hello, I have a problem with locating the address on the form to add a place. When I type the address into the address field “Aviatiků 26” offers me the address bar, Google “Aviatiků 1519-26, Hrabůvka, Ostrava, Czech Republic” when I click on it, fills me automatically fields of the country and city fields. Pole region will remain empty and will not load. What is the problem? Sends some screenshots.
