Regional Team [place] not loading

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi there,
    I have set up the plugin to show teams within regions and events that are connected to the team. However when using the add-listing page on a private browser window for events, the teams do not load up. See link: https://whoishussain.org/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event

    Initially I thought it was due to being a non-user it was causing this however even when logged in, it is doing the same. I will add a username / password in the next post.

    The Link posts field has an option to “Link to all users posts”

    Try setting that for the field.

    When you are logged in as an admin the field will behave differently. Once you try it for public users you see the need for the option.

    This option is in the advanced settings, revealed by clicking the blue button “Show advanced settings”

    Hi there,

    It works as a user logged in, after implementing the change you recommended. However a non-user is still having the same issue as it doesn’t show the listings.

    Please share a screenshot of the field settings so we can see what the issue is.
