    Hello
    I have a question about registration. My site only offers 30 day placement and then the listings are deleted. With that in mind, I want to make the registration process as simple as possible. As of now when a new listing is added, my site notifies the user of their pending listing which is perfect. They also get an email with a link to go back and change their password. It gets a little confusing there.

    Is there a way to have a new registration just pick a username, create a password and add their listing without coming back to the site to change their password? Thank you

    Hi Joe,

    Thanks for your post. Have you installed the userswp plugin? https://userswp.io/ . If you’re using it, there is an option here that allows you to configure registration to “Auto Approve + Auto Login” as mentioned here https://userswp.io/docs/userswp-main-settings/#register . Maybe that’s what you’re looking for?

    That seems like it would work. If they auto approve for the registration can I still have it so that I need to review their listings before they are published. That is very important to avoid listings that are not appropriate. Thank you

    Yes, if the option to moderate listings is on, they’ll still go to draft.
