Hello,

I installed the GeoDirectory plugin. When new users are attempting to sign up, they get the following message: “Suspected bot”. How can this be fixed?

In addition, the email recovery does not work. Can you please assist?

Hi Pamela,

Thanks for reaching us. Could you please try disabling all non-gd plugins (especially security plugins first) and see if it fixes the issue you had there? As for the email issue, install an email log plugin and use that to check the email send out statuses.
