    Hi Support team,

    I am facing the issue of

    Array ( [errors] => Array ( [import_file_error] => Array ( [0] => Remote file is incorrect size ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )

    and found in your thread that the EWWW image Optimizer seems to be the problem.

    Additionally I have now created a support request “Remote file is incorrect size error” to them, to may get this problem solved.

    Looking forward to your advice for problem solvings.

    BR, Alex

    P.S. As I was not able to add this info into former thread, so I open this for solving this issue together with EWWW Image Optimizer helping request.

    Hi steofan,

    Got an feedback below and I think you should state more info to them to be able to proceed further with more details why or how this can happen.

    Since I can’t view the support forum, and I have no idea why they think an image optimizer would return a size of 0, there’s not much I can do. However, I’ll do my best to help if you’ll contact me with more information from the thread here: https://ewww.io/contact-us/

    Hi Steofan,

    Unfortunately I am away from PC and not able to check the concequences of your changes, but I guess that the problem still exists.

    Reason: while you were debugging our Webdeveloper was in process to install Redis and Vernish on server for speed optimization, then realized white browser page on site while try to open. I told him my activation of ewww plugin may cause the issue and therefore dropped into plugin_off folder, to be able to use our site again.

    So this has may did an Impact what you changed, but then cause a white page problem, when ewww plugin is active now.

    Can you please re-check.

    BR, Alex
