    Try this CSS:

    header .featured-area .geodir-categories-container .gd-cptcat-rows ul li .gd-cptcat-cat-left {
        display: none;
    }

    Thanks

    Everything looks good this end, asked a few friends to test they said everything looks good. Not sure why this has appeared the way it has your end.

    Open
    /wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/geodirectory-compatibility.php
    and look for line 590.
    On that line, delete

    [gd_categories title_tag="hide" post_type="0" cpt_ajax="1" hide_count="1" sort_by="count" max_level="0" max_count="6" hide_empty="1"]

    Thanks

    Hi Dave,

    Could you please try the method shared by Guust? Also, please deactivate the GD booster plugin, it’s not compatible with GDv2
