Just wondering if you can help. I want to be able to remove ‘live’ listings from being searchable within say an hour (or less) of the listing end time occurring. (GD V1)
At present all past/ expired listings still show and are not removed until the following day (i.e sometime after 0.00am the following day (which is when some sort of cron is scheduled to fire to remove old listings i assume)
The problem for me is….. so if i have an event that finished at 2am on say Jan 1st (for example), then the listing is still showing as live in search results until some time on the 2nd of Jan….i.e some 22+ hours after the event actually finished. This is no good for me unfortunately.
I understand this would require a small customisation to code and I’m fine with paying a coder to get this done, but can someone possibly please give me some indication on where to look for this function or code (file name/ location?) or at least some information on how or what this is being triggered by at present so i can get it changed?
Im just trying to avoid the ‘looking for a needle in a haystack’ scenario 🙂
