Remove NEAR field

    Hi. How do I remove near field and “places” cpt from search bar? I am not using places CPT but it can’t be deleted at settings>Post types.

    Delete all Places and Place categories and empty Places trash. Then the Places will disappear from your site.

    I suggest you install the Location Manager. Then you will have an option for each CPT to completely turn off addresses, and the NEAR search field will just disappear.
