remove packages from add listing page

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Is there a function/hook to remove all the packages from the add listing page?
    (I want my users to be directed to the default listing page and those who have s2memberleve etc.. can see all packages)

    the s2member cannot function would be what id use to remove it..!
