    Hello,

Is it possible to remove the “place” from the navigation bar as shown in the attachment. It used to show categories on menu ie EAT/DRINK etc but now it has reverted back to places.

    Can this be removed?

Also can you supply me with some CSS to remove the option to be able to click on “places” which shows up this page

    http://www.visitcrieff.scot/places/

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks in advance

    Kim

    Hi Kim,

The that is called a breadcrumb, the category is at the end.
The place is the CPT, you can change the name of that if all your listings are in the same industry, just like any other WP CPT it can’t be removed.

Ok thanks for that – in that case can you give me some css to remove the option to click on “places” and Crieff in the breadcrumbs.

I previously got some css to do the same on the what’s on page so that customers couldn’t click on “view All”

This is the css that was given to me and worked.

    .page-id-5028 .geodir-viewall {display: none;}

Can you help me so that the breadcrumbs are not clickable?

    Many thanks

    Hi Kim,

Which breadcrumbs link would you like to prevent button clicks? Do you mean this? http://prntscr.com/et2x1w

    Thanks!

    Hi Kim,

I’ve just changed it to a custom link http://prntscr.com/et36ej and the link won’t do anything now. Could you please check and see if it’s what you want?

    Thanks!
